Wow I can't even select a driver or software update anymore? Where you at HP?? Your webpage support.hp.com says 403 Forbidden then below that says nginx/1.20.2 ??? Whatever that means but this is what you get when you go to their drivers to download and fix the issues your having with your HP ENVY 5540 series printer. Having Tray issues, wifi issues, disconnection issues, reconnecting issues. And if I try to add the printer on my add drivers it's not even on the list anymore Why? Says name of printer or IP address well tried to do both and still get nothing on the list of printers to add. Try to diagnosis and fix the issues with the smart app and it can't even do that. Not that smart! SMH. I see a ton of unsolved issues on HP community site?? You guys need a Manager in that department that cares about the products you sell to your customers and for god sakes fix the drivers and software update page on your website even if it's a MAC or Windows product.
