Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I am trying to install an HP Photosmart C3180 printer and the drivers are not working.
The computer implements Windows 10 pro and even so, downloading the software corresponding to the system, an installation error is generated. I have read all the recommendations suggested by HP, however, it continues to appear that the update is not compatible with Windows 10. What can I do in these cases?
