Product: HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Unable to find driver for deskjet 2820e - I have removed app  from account - reattached and when adding to laptop tells me no driver.

I have followed all instructions on the support page, but nothing is working, my hp page also now tells me not connected to the internet, so again followed all instrutions, removed app, turned off printer and laptop, turned off router left for a few mins and still  not working - still says not connected.

Before when this happened I removed printer from app, and when it was re-added it installed drivers - now nothing

 

any help would be appreciated
