Hello
I purchased a HP Envy 5030 printer.
I try to install it via USB connection .
My computer works with Windows Vista 64 bits.
I search driver on 123.hp.com .No driver appears for my OS.
(there is drivers for Vista 32b or Win 7 64b).
Where could I find the right driver for WinVista 64its?
Thanks

@JoGui, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We do not have full-featured drivers available for Windows Vista 64-bit OS. You can download and install the Windows Vista 32-bit drivers and try to install it. A 32-bit software can be run on a 64-bit Operating System. When a 32-bit software is launched, in Windows, for example, an emulator is launched. The emulator 'tricks' the 32-bit software and makes it think that it's running on a 32-bit system.
If that fails, I would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:
• Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
• Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.
Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
