HP Recommended

I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn that I am running on my Mac mini. I have it installed via ethernet.  Whenever I print it automatically prints in duplex mode. I have tried everything to turn it off. Nothing has helped. I've told it not use duplex mode and even set up a profile for it but it still insists in printing in duplex mode.

What am I missing?
