Hello, before updating my HP printers firmware, all my devices (Apple, Windows, phones) were able to print in duplex. Now that I updated the firmware to CLRWTRXXXN002.2539E.00,  the duplex printing option does not show up on any of those devices.

I've done all the research I can do and contacting HP support is not an option anymore. All those links are dead.

Thanks for any help resolving this.

Wow... Figured it out after digging. The firmware update disable the duplex printing.

I had to re-enable it.
