Hello! There is a problem with duplex printing. How do I set it up? In the printer settings, I selected duplex printing, but it still prints on one side. On the advice from your website, I downloaded HP SMART and translated the document into PDF. But this appendix indicates that the printer is offline, although it is connected via USB. The attempt to connect again failed, it says that there is no printer connected via USB. What to do? How do I set up duplex printing? Sincerely, Elena.

HP Recommended

The CP1515N you can only use manual duplex.
