Hello everybody.
Earlier today I bought a HP Smart Tank 7305 printer, because I needed a duplex, wifi printer.
I followed the instructions and installed everything with the software downloaded from the HP website, but when I tried to print a file, I noticed that the duplex option was not available (it couldn't be chosen, as if it was disabled, so I could only print on one side of the sheet).
I installed the app on my cell phone, and sending the file to the printer, it does print in duplex mode.
I'm really desperate, because clicking on the properties of the printer from the file to be printed, there are no options except vertical/horizontal, format and print quality.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? I don't know what to do!
Thanks in advance for your attention.

Duplex unit attached to the printer? (Model Dependent)
If there is a Duplexer unit attached to the back of the printer, consider re-seating (removing/replacing) the Duplexer box. If you do remove the duplexer, take a moment to check inside the printer cavity for tiny stuck paper bits – while stuck paper would normally result in a “paper jam” error, the condition might generate problems with printing duplex.

Thank you very much for your help!
Eventually, I managed to solve the problem by unistalling all of the previously installed software and reinstalling it again, choosing basic drivers only, because part of the other drivers seemed to conflict with my device.
Now everything works perfectly and prints are perfect.
Thanks again for replying.
