I bought a HP Laserjet Pro MFP M428 dw printer. Its features include automatic double-sided printing. At the time of printing, however, only one page is printed and the printed sheet must be manually inserted into the paper trays. How can I solve the problem? Thank you

Driver failed to detect duplex function or wrong driver. On your computer go to control panel >devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop-down menu. Click on advance tab and confirm you have an HP driver and not a Microsoft class or IPP driver. Reinstall correct driver if you have the wrong one. If you have the correct driver, click on the device settings tab and scroll down the installable options till you find duplex option and change to installed.
