Product: HP Smart Tank 5105 All-in-One Printer

Hello!

 

I hope you can help me. I have a Smart Tank 5105 printer. I can select the option to print manually on both sides on a Windows computer, but in my Mac (Sequoia 15.1) that option doesn't show. Even if I go to printer preferences, I don't have the tab where usually we can select the "Duplex" option.

The firmware is updated, I already reinstalled the HP Smart app, the printer... Talked to HP support via chat and they said to go to the store where I bought the printer because it works on Windows but not on Mac and then to go with the Mac to an Apple store so they can check my computer...

I don't know if it is a compatibility problem with MacOS but I would like to be able to print both sides without having to print odd numbers, flip, print even numbers...
