Operating System: iOS

Hey. I did a setup for my printer but i get a error code EBS00P0013 . The printer is printing but i cant finish the setup. I did a software and firmware update and reser the printer also. I tried with other device but always the same issue.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
