Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Settings: that printer works on my iPhone AND on my tower pc (win10) but it does not work (using the HP Smart Print app on all 3) on my win11 laptop.  I do NOT use a colour cartridge, just the black one

Using the laptop / win11:

Re-installed the printer several times... also the HP smart print app. the page to be printed shows up in the print queue --- after troubleshooting it prints for just ONE document...  sometimes !
installed the latest HP Print n Scan Doc... set the device status to "shared" and printed the test page.... but no document from a file like dropbox
All the time it shows "attention required" in Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Printers & Scanners -> HP ENVY4520
but does not say "attention in which field"... what is wrong!!!! It works fine with win10, iPhone OS... is it win 11?
