Well doing all the reset and trying to connect to an unsecured SSID... not good.   It should always connect like this.

 

Suggest you keep trying the reset a few more times and try to connect.  If still unsuccessful, if the printer is under warranty, call HP.

 

If not, connect via USB Printer cable to continue to use the printer.
