Product: HP ENVY 5070 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer won't print PDF's or Word documents. Test pages print okay (not great, but okay). I have searched for a driver update and cannot find anything for this printer. Is this device still supported with driver updates?

I understand that you want to update the printer driver, I am glad to assist you.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer using HP Smart app to fix the issues.
