ENVY 7100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my ENVY 7100 less than a month ago, and it was working great.  When I have tried to print lately, my laptop tells me the printer is offline.  I rebooted the wireless router, turned the printer off and on and then reconnected to the router.  I also reinstalled the driver, but the wizard cannot find the printer.  The printer's printed network configuration report shows it is correctly connected.

The only possible change could have been a Windows update since I originally installed the driver.  Could that be it, and if so, what do I do?  Any other ideas?  Thanks.

Thank you for the suggestion.  Unfortunately, the HP Print and Scan Doctor could not find the printer.  I was able to resolve the issue when I reinstalled the driver for the second time.  Not sure why the first time did not work.  Thanks!
