Hello,
Need help with a HP ENVY 7645.
1. Having a weird issue with printer sitting idle, and going into a icon blinking state, with the touchscreen stating there is a problem. Turn off and on. Error codes 005A1654 and B3FA86FA. Tried new power cord.
2. Have gone through many of the procedures online trying to update the Driver etc. Window pops up stating software not compatible with operating system. All with the Congrats at the end, but then when we try to print it fails and also states the printer is offline.
3. Able to print from phone and another computer, until printer goes crazy again.

Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
