I recently bought an HP Pro 7740

Everything works perfectly but when it comes to use the HP Smart on my Laptop (Windows 10, i7 Last generation etc etc  bought last month) the application is not responding and i am not able to Sign In, replying with above error !!! I have done the installation of HP Smart many times but nothing works

I'm having this issue while trying to log into hp smart app on my pc, however it works perfectly fine on mobile. So try on mobile if you can do whatever you need on there.

I understand that Printer has an issue giving an error on set up.

 

May I know the Operating system Update?
