Unable to understand the Error Code OXO11A17FF... First are the O's zeroes or are they capital letter? After that, how do I fix?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Hi
I have the same problem with my new HP OJ 200 printer. Just I unpacked then after the error appeared , I did all the steps from 1 to 8, but about No.9, the printer is always silent and no movement inside. How to solve this problem?!

@SamSu1975, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
