Hi @bob123456789876,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you've lost the administrator password for your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw printer and are unable to connect it to a new Wi-Fi network after changing your internet provider. I can guide you through the process to restore your printer to factory settings, which will remove the admin password and allow you to set up the Wi-Fi connection anew.

Please follow the steps listed below:

1. On the printer control panel, press the Setup button (icon of a wrench)
2. Open the Service menu.
3. Select Restore Defaults.
The printer automatically restarts.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi

Once reset:

  1. On the printer control panel, go to Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
  2. Select Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to connect to your new network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
