@Tom917, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I recommend performing a factory reset on the printer first. Once it's reset to default settings, you'll be able to access the EWS (Embedded Web Server) page.

You may refer to this guide: Restore factory defaults on your HP printer | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

If my response helped, please mark it as an Accepted Solution! It helps others and spreads support. 💙 Also, tapping "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" makes a big difference! Thanks! 😊

Thank you!

I did many combinations to do factory reset, yet none of them worked. However, I tried "Restore factory defaults on HP LaserJet MFP M139-M142 printers" found on the page you sent me - it finally worked.

PS. I spent 2 hours chatting with hp support, then 1 hour on callcenter - nobody could help me.
