Hello!

 

I did a factory reset, but when i try to acces to the EWS, it ask me for a user and password, i tried with: Admin, ADMIN, pass in blank, etc, nothing works.

I need some help, please. i need to reconfigure the smtp server.

It was super easy, just reset the crafting menu, and you're done.

 

Touch 4 times the "back" button, and reset menu to factory.

The default credentials on these devices are Admin and blank for the password. If that does not work then it would appear that a factory restore does not reset the password. Likely a complete reset or NVRAM reset will be required to clear the password.
