I opened HP Support Assistant and got an urgent message to download HP Easy Start Printer setup.  Ok fine, although the printer's been working.  I try to do it and I get "You must sign into this device to install updates." The printer is on, connected to wi-fi, and says it's ready.  What else can I/should I do?  And is this software update even needed?

Hi @JPR95,

I'd like to help!

I understand that you received a notification to update the drivers.

The drivers have been updated and you would have to complete the setup.

To assist better -

Could you share an image of the screen requesting sign information?

Here is a link to the driver's page -https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-color-laserjet-pro-m255-m256-printer-series/2944...

Keep me posted.
