When trying to install printer on this computer I keep getting message that Easy Start has stopped working. I have tried going to devices and printers and adding a printer but continue to get a message that the hp part has stopped working and that microsoft will search for a solution. There is never a solution. I uninstalled my old printer. That didn't help. I tried to install a driver but keep getting the "stopped working" message.

I understand that you are getting Easy Start has stopped working message.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please install the HP Print and Scan Doctor to fix the issue.

Also, check for the windows update for your laptop.
Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
