Product: MFP M148FDW
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I'm trying to connect my printer to my new MacBook Air (2020).  The Easy Start software gets to the Install page but gets stuck downloading the software.  I never get any indication of movement.  I've left it there for 20+ minutes.  Any Ideas?

May you see any difference by downloading the printer software using HP Easy Admin instead?
