Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

I just purchased this used and the embed web server on the printer seems to be taking a long time to set up or update (over 16 hours). It is showing as connected to my HP all in one desktop. The black ink cartridge is empty and I  had signed up for the ink subscription but it can not access my printer until the server is up. It is showing as connected to my wifi. I was able to print a test page.

I was able to get the issue resolved by contacting Instant Ink support
