HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

I need assistance with the password for the Embedded Web Server for a HP OfficeJet 250 All-in-one-Printer.

I have read through many help tickets which explained that the password is the pin # on the product sticker; however, this printer does not have a pin # under the product id and serial #.

- I made sure that the printer was connecting properly to my wireless network. I am able to print wirelessly, Wi-Fi-direct, and local. I then restarted the router, computer, and printer.

- I printed the network configuration page where I verify the Active wireless connection > 802.11 wireless > IP4 > Wi-Fi Direct (which does indicate this connection password is 12345678)

-Then on the printer screen I chose Setup > Web Services Setup > Restore Factory Settings to remove Web Services from the printer.

-Then after restarting the printer I chose Setup > Web Services Setup > Enable Web Services. After a few moments I receive an error on the printer screen "Unable to activate Web Services at this time, please try again."

-I can't locate a "Reset to Factory Settings" in the menu selection for this printer.

- I enter the Embedded Web Server URL and can access the homepage; however,  all options are locked except Printer information and Estimated Cartridge Remaining.

Is there a way to reset the printer or restore the EWS to factory settings?
