My printer: hp officejet pro 9730 series
is giving me this error on a mac: encryption credentials have expired
I try to follow this article: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/ish_7345764-7345853-16
I use a windows computer to try and create a certificate. First, it is located under security and not network. Second, He tels me he created the certificate successfully, but the new certificate does not appear in the certificate list.
The printer worked fine yesterday from my macbook, ipad, iphone. Now I can't print..
Ideas?
Thank you!!!!:)

Thank you so much for your help. Unfortunately I do not think it worked.
I tried this solution in many variations. Uninstalling the printer, reseting print system, restarting the printer itself, restarting the computer, and everything together. The expiration date is set to the year 2031, and the certificate gets updated, but I still get the "Encryption Credentials Expired" message.
If you have any other ideas, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you for the help everyone!
I managed to solve the problem. Turns out it was because of dailight saving time. The Time did not update on the printer and the certificate was failing.
I've manually updated the time on the printer and that solved the problem.
Thank you all!:)
