I am on assignment from UK in Spain and France. I have to replace my laptop while here in Spain and bought an HP15. When I download driver for my Photosmart C8180 I keep getting a Spanish language version (no comprendo) even when using my VPN via London. Can anyone direct me to the UK version driver or just send it to me.
Thanks

Hi,
The software is multilanguage, your PC settings affect its display settings.
Click the Language bar on your system tray and then select Language preferences.
Click Date, time, & regional formatting and ensure the Regional format is set as English and not as Spanish, then click the back button.
Click Administrative language settings and ensure the Language for Non-Unicode programs is set as English and not as Spanish.
Restart your computer and try loading the HP software, if its language hasn't changed uninstall the HP software and reinstall it after changing the language settings.

I changed and checked my Win10 settings for English and then rebooted and rechecked. So far so good. Re-downloaded driver and saved to local disk. The install extract still came up in Spanish. Translated this paragraph in the Read Me section - "The HP printer software will be installed in the same language as the previous installation on the same system. If you want to change the language of the HP printer software, you must first uninstall the software from each device using the HP printer software, the HP printer software itself, and then reinstall it. The HP printer software will be installed in the default language in the PC operating system (if this language is compatible with the HP printer software)."
Now, as the HP15 came with Spanish setup, I am concerned that I may never be able to install English drivers unless I reinstall the OpSys? What do you think?
