I needed to install a new toner cartridge and in doing so, I found that I could recycle my toner through HP. Told to go to WWW.hp.ca/suppliesrecycle. The website doesn't work. So I tried too Contact Support. Have to enter my product in the dashboard first. Entered the serial# then it asks for a product number. A What? I can't ask HP what it is because I can't get support because I have no product in the dashboard which I can't enter because and can't get help.

A very simple attempt to be environmentally friendly ends up in an endless loop of frustration.

Can anyone advise me please?
