Hi,

 

I am starting to be super tired of the erratic behavior of the black printing.

I suspect it has to see with the attempts of HP to block the usage of copy cartridges, but it happens that my cartidges are original ones and I woul like to be able to use the printer I bought, in other words, I paid for.

 

I wasted time trying this without success : https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/HP-Envy-4520-Does-Not-Print-Black/m-p/7...

 

So, if anyone by HP has a permanent working solution, I'd appreciate. Or I'll consider competition.
