Envy 5000 printer setup

I am setting up a new Envy 5000 all in one printer to print from my work HP computer while I am working from home.  My work has blocked the Microsoft Store for all employees.  I have contacted them and they are fine with me using the new printer, but will not unblock the Microsoft Store.  Is there any way for me to download the install driver without going to the Microsoft Store?

HP Smart for Windows is only available from the Microsoft Store.

If you have administrator privilege / access,

You can instead install the Full Feature Software for your printer.

HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories 

• Download-and-Save the printer software (Full Feature Software / HP Smart / Easy Start)
• Navigate to the folder in which you saved the software installation package (likely Downloads)
• Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
• Reminder:  If using Easy Start, select the Full Driver
• After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in
