Product: HP Envy 5052 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My issue is the control panel feature not working on my HP 5052 all in one printer.  It was working fine until a windows update and now it is stuck on the language screen. I cannot access the panel and now the wireless connection is lost and I have to connect via USB cable. I tried going on line and updating the software but nothing is working.

 

Any help provided is greatly appreciated.
