Moved to a new place with new ISP. Connected printer to wifi, but printer will not connect to computer, phone, or network to search for updates

Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?

Is there any error message when you try to connect devices?

 

Ensure the devices are connected to the same network and try connecting again.

 

Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
