Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy 5055 is back at the first startup screen after years of use.  It asks for the language and region, then will not connect to the HP app, and if manual setup is selected, it tells me my Instant Ink cartridges are unusable and won't go on with the setup.  If cartridges are removed and the machine is shut down and restarted, it asks for the cartridges that came with the printer, which I obviously do not have any more.  I cannot set up the printer, and I cannot reset the printer settings - the one time I managed to get to that screen via Android, it said "Printer busy".  Is there any way to save my printer?
