Hello. Just was given a Envy 5530 printer and trying to print from Samsung Chromebook. I have gone in and added the printer, but when I try to print, I don't see the printer as an option... The options are save to pdf, save to google drive and more... (this is at the print destination tab). Hope I have explained well enough. Many thanks

o. I added the HP print for chrome extension to my chromebook. My printer is connected to network (along with computer). I hit control p to print and there is no printer option to choose. All there is save as pdf, save to google drive and see more..... click see more and there is no destination choices....no destination found. Crazy, but wondering what else it can be... Many thanks for assisting!

I'd suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Printer again and try.
