macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

My HP Envy has suddenly disconnected from the network and won't reconnect. It can find the network fine, but despite repeated password entries, it refuses to connect to it

I have checked with my (BT Hub) router, and the printer (including its MAC address) is listed

I've reset network settings and have tried the wifi setup wizard several times

Any idea what to do?

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
