Product: Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Two months ago my printer stopped printing the monthly statement I receive from my electricity provider.  It prints all other documents sent to it wirelessly--off the internet and from my computer.  Tried updating drivers, printing to Microsoft XMS Document Writer and printing from there plus a few other things.  Nothing has worked.  Thoughts???

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "Envy 5530 won't print one very specific page" issue. 

 

Do you receive the statement in an email?

 

Have you tried downloading the document and then try printing it?

 

What happens when you try and print the statement?

 

Have you tried using a different browser?
