Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Smart app was showing up a message stating that my printer was not fully set up, I already had it set up, I have been printing documents, stickers and more

 

Now I try to complete the set up but it's showing an error message, Error Code: EBS00P0007

 

I checked the firmware, it's up to date but still I'm unable to set up the printer again I don't

WOW! The most frustrating printer set up in my entire life- including back in the early 90's. I have not had so much difficulty setting a printer up.  The HP Smart App and then the printer page print outs are seriously lacking steps.  I originally purchased this on 1/31/2024, barely had it online then it went offline on the 6th.  Just now got it back but with the same error code as you.  I hope HP responds, I could not find anyway to contact them.

Tip: if you orginally set your printer up, then it goes offline. . .then in the SmartHP app you will see your printer. Select "Hide Printer" and you will be able to Install new printer to get this error.
