Envy 6055e prints test page but won't print word or pdfs

I pull up a word document (not a MAC user) and hit print. The paper goes through, 2 page document and 2 pieces of paper go through, but the paper is blank. It is the same for a pdf. I did a test page and that worked so I am flummoxed! I turned everything on and off; updates have been done; somebody please help me!

I have same problem printing envelopes from Word - getting blank envelopes. HP Cartridges are new.

Have tried: 1) turning printer off, 2) unplugging printer, and 3) reinstalling printer.
