I have tried setting up my brand new printer on 3 different devices and they all say the same " set up incomplete" even after being on the phone with support for an hour the printer wont work. I have restarted every device that I used to attempt set up, i have restarted the WiFi and the printer. I have tried everything. Even talking to support, they couldn't get it to work, on video call. I bought it brand new and already the account says that warranty has expired which is ridiculous. I haven't ignored or skipped any steps. i have checked all firmware and driver options on the website. And yet that orange "i" light wont go away.
