Hello,

My Envy 6200 is in Error when a doc is sent to be printed. Hp-smart sees no pb et shows ' printer is ready '. 
Before this I had a lot of pb to connect to the printer from my PC. 

I used HP print and scan doctor without any result.

I have checked the WIFI network  and everything seems OK.

Could you please help me ?
