Envy photo
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Hp Envy will no long print from my PC, however if I print from my phone or iPad it works fine, I have read through all the posts, installed scan doctor from hop, remove everything hp from my computer and then re-installed, but still nothing,.

the printer will go through as though it is going to print, I can see it add to the queue, it then says it prints but nothing happens.

i have tried using a printer cable as well still nothing, I have reset the printer and installed everything again, still nothing,

im not aware  of any recent updates done and it has previously worked on windows 10.

help before I take a hammer to them both
