Hi,
I experienced issue during the first boot of my printer.
I follow screen info to select language ... to wifi fisrt configuration. I've used HP SMART on my computer to configure the printer.
HP SMART found my printer and have tried to configure the wifi connexion. But a problem occur during the wifi config, connexion failed.
Beside the printer screen go to the next step anyway and asked me to insert cartridges. I've no cartridges to insert because I want to use HP instant ink. This cartridge insertion step blocked configuration process because I can't go back to wifi config or go further the cartridge insertion.
How can I make a reset factory of the printer to restart the wifi configuration ... ?
Thanks in advance.

@JulienPen, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I believe you are using this printer for the first time. In this case, you will have to use the setup ink cartridges that came with the printer.
If you do not have the setup ink cartridges, you will have to wait for Instant Ink cartridges and perform an OOB reset.
I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a factory reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
