HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to print on my Envy 7155 printer.  Doesn't matter if it is from the PC or test page.  A paper runs through but the page is blank.  I have checked to see the ink cartridge levels but both are over half full.  I have tried to see if there are any driver updates but all of them are current.  Has anyone else had this issue?  If so, what resolved it?

Thanks!

I had seen this web page when I was troubleshooting the printer.  I just went through all of the steps again but no change.  I had purchased the printer through Best Buy and will probably have the Geek Squad look at it since everything I have tried hasn't made a difference.  I have also tried the "HP Print and Scan Doctor" app but no changes.  I am concerned that I will have to purchase a new printer but this one is less than 2 years old.

Sandytechy20 - I just tried one more "fix".  I changed the ink cartridges again.  And presto, now it prints!  Guess I shouldn't buy ink cartridges too much in advance to have them available in case.  I was confused since the printer showed that there was sufficient ink in the cartridges but evidently, they dried out.

Thank you for your assistance.
