Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer

This is the second Envy 7224e printer I have had (a free replacement for the first which was returned with a connectivity issue) and both have the same problem - there are no colour settings in the drop-down menu and I cannot see how to find this choice, or how to set a preset to print in best colour. Has anyone come across the same problem?
