HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

I recently bought an HP Envy Inspire all in one and I cannot see an option in the print dialog box that allows me to print a selection of pages from a single document that aren't in a consecutive range. Every printer I've ever had has had this capability. I'm wasting time and paper when I only need to print pages 5 and 50, for example, because I have to print each page separately rather than having the option to print them double-sided. I now HP knows how to print double-sided selected non-consecutive pages because their printers used to have this functionality. Does anyone have an answer for why this important feature is missing or how to work around it?

Thanks!

@polacolor, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

To assist you better, which app are you trying to print from?

  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

For more info on available print settings, refer to - HP print settings guide

Keep me posted for further assistance.
