Product: Envy Photo 7830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem. 

 

Ich habe seit Samstag den Envy Photo 7830 und bin soweit zufrieden. 

Beim Drucken fährt die Verlängerung des Papierausgabefachs automatisch aus, aber fährt nicht automatisch ein, wenn ich ihn herunterfahre. Soll das so sein? 

Ich hoffe irgendjemand kann mir hierzu Auskunft geben. Habe schon alles mögliche gegoogelt aber finde dazu gar nix rein.
