Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Ever since I loaded updates to my laptop my Epson Stylus CX8400 stopped working - - error says USB composite device can't work with USB 3.0.    Can someone please tell me how I can back off the update that cause this or tell me how to fix this?  Thanks

Sorry, Epson Stylus CX8400 is NOT an HP prooduct. Please post your question on Epson Support
