Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

Getting an error when trying to open ESW page from HP Smart app. I can print, scan, copy from the app but EWS page doesn't open, getting an error

Error - Can't open printer ESW or Home page - Feature is not available. Screenshot attached.PrinterError.png

 

I want to setup 'scan to email' and thus need access to the EWS page.
