HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer

I have a new printer and on my phone smart app and iPad, the set up won’t finish. Any ideas on how to resolve it. I have done a factory reset twice on the printer. Thanks in advance.

Can try the following steps to resolve the issue?

 

Step by Step Guide:

Step 1: Finish Setup
1. Check the app status. If it shows "Finish Setup," click on it to complete the setup process.
2. If the error EBS00P0013 persists, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Uninstall and Reinstall
1. Uninstall the App from your device.
2. Restart your device to ensure a clean slate.
3. Reinstall the App from the app/play/windows store.


Step 3: Setup and Configuration
1. Open the App and sign in if you haven't already.
2. Add your printer by following the on-screen instructions.
3. Complete the setup process by clicking "Finish Setup" and following any additional prompts.

 

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the setup issues and get your App up and running smoothly.
